1. Processing Time​

 

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays) from the date the order is placed.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (MST) will begin processing on the following business day.

  • High Volume Periods: During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales events, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated on our website or via email.​

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates​

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Ground Shipping: This method has an estimated delivery time of 3–5 Business Days (after the 1-3 business day processing period). The specific cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your location and displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: This method offers faster delivery, estimated at 1–3 Business Days (after processing). The specific cost will also be calculated based on the weight of your order and your location and displayed at checkout.

  • Disclaimer: Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your package leaves our facility, not from the day your order is placed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

  • Carrier: We primarily use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for shipping.​ We may occasionally use DHL.

 

Free Shipping Offer​

 

  • We offer Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $150.00. This will automatically be applied at checkout when your cart meets the minimum requirement.

3. Order Tracking​

 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

​

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can use this number to track your order's journey directly on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Locations and Restrictions​
 
A. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

​

  • We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, though certain size or product restrictions may apply.

B. International Shipping

At this time, Ruba Apparel does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

5. Damaged or Lost Orders​

 

  • Damages: Ruba Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and notify us immediately at aliruba2616@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office. We are not responsible for packages that are marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
